Return Policy

At EverUncharted, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted for unused merchandise only.

• All items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and components intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original delivery date.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, any used or damaged items, or products showing signs of wear, cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact our customer service team at support@everuncharted.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent confirming your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of approval.
